Saga Prefecture, a primary industry area, has a wide variety of delicious agricultural products, as well as many marine and livestock products.
Our sake is based on a slightly sweet flavor to match the strong flavor of Saga ingredients and food.
As we have a brewery in Saga, we will continue to pursue local sake that is rooted in the culture, ingredients, and region of Saga.
Our sake, “Nokomi”, is made with the hope that it will be enjoyed with food.
It has a gorgeous aroma, but is also low-key and beautifully brings out the flavor of the rice.
We aim to make a sake that people can't help but drink two or three cups of. The president's desire that food is the star of the show is expressed in the current Nokomi.
While there are many different types of sake on the market, our ideal is that people will return to our sake in the end.
