SACHIHIME Brewery

Founded in 1934 in the sake brewery town of Kashima City, Saga Prefecture.
The name of the shop and its flagship sake, “Sachihime”, is imbued with the deep wish for the fulfillment and happiness of the founder's only daughter.

Brewery

Even in the environment of Saga Prefecture, which is famous for its sweet and fragrant sake, Sachihime Shuzo is pursuing a fresh and crisp taste. Its flavor has been highly evaluated on the international stage, and it has won many awards, including the International Wine Challenge in the UK.
Many tourists from Japan and overseas visit the brewery for a tour. At the brewery, you can enjoy tasting a variety of homemade Japanese sake and original non-alcoholic Japanese sake soft-serve ice cream.

We will explain the sake brewing process and the history of Sachihime.
